What Is Supply A Smile? Supply a Smile is a local organization associated with Canandaigua Churches in Action (CCIA), serving uninsured residents of Ontario County with free dental services for adults age 18 and older, at this time offering, fillings, and extractions. Services are provided by area dental offices. Supply A Smile is an entirely volunteer run program! Monthly screenings (October – April) are the initial contact where people without dental insurance are warmly welcomed and evaluated to assess their needs. We then refer patients to various private dental offices where the procedures are done. We have a wonderful & generous dental community! We are thankful for the participating dentists, hygienists, and administrative volunteers for their kindness, generosity, and donation of their time to Supply a Smile's program. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. We have limited appointment openings each month. When... Screenings take place on the 1st Saturday of each month starting at 8:30 am from October thru April (except in January). Our last monthly screening will be on April 4th, 2026 Where... Supply a Smile does not have a physical office location. We are thankful to the Canandaigua Elementary School staff for allowing us to use their facility for our screenings. Canandaigua Elementary School Cafeteria 90 West Gibson Street Canandaigua, NY 14424 Directions: West Gibson Street School Entrance: The rear entrance to the school is located near the Rail Road tracks on W. Gibson Street. Enter the upper school parking lot and drive down to the larger parking area at the bottom. Proceed to the right down to the entrance located at the far end of the parking lot.
